Ways to work together

Every option starts the same way: I read your history and your bloodwork properly, before we meet. Pricing is the same wherever you are in the world, in USD.

Free, 15 minutes

Everyone starts with an intro call

Before you commit to anything, we talk. You tell me what has been going on and what you have already tried, I tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it, and if I am not, I will point you toward who is. No charge, and no pressure to book afterwards.

One session, 90 minutes

  • Full bloodwork review, marker by marker
  • Written protocol you keep
  • The exact panel to re-test, and when

What actually happens

  1. A short intro call

Fifteen minutes, free. Mostly so I can tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for what you need.

  2. Intake and bloodwork

A detailed questionnaire, plus any labs from the last six months. If you don’t have them, I’ll give you the exact panel to request.

  3. Your review session

I walk you through your own results in plain language, until you understand your body well enough to explain it to someone else.

  4. The protocol

Written, specific, and built around your actual week: your work, your kitchen, your budget, your energy.

  5. Measure and adjust

We track what’s changing, re-test, and drop whatever isn’t earning its place.

Questions people ask first

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
No. Plenty of people arrive with symptoms and no diagnosis, or with a diagnosis they were given in two minutes. We start from your labs and your history either way, and if I think you need a specific specialist, I’ll say so.
I don’t have recent bloodwork. Can we still start?
Yes. I’ll send you the exact panel to request and the right point in your cycle to do it, so you don’t pay for tests that tell us nothing.
Are you going to tell me to cut carbs?
No. Insulin resistance is not solved by removing a macronutrient and hoping. It’s solved by changing how and when you eat, how you move, how you sleep, and what your body does with what you give it. Restriction is usually what made things worse in the first place.
Can you prescribe or change my medication?
No. That is your doctor’s job, and I won’t step into it. What I can do is help you understand what you’re taking and why, and prepare you to have a much better conversation at your next appointment.
You came off metformin and birth control. Should I?
That is not my call, and it isn’t entirely yours either. It is a conversation to have with your doctor. I came off mine with medical supervision, and only after I had already changed a great deal underneath. Stopping abruptly, on your own, because a coach’s story sounded like yours, is how people end up worse than they started. What I can do is make sure you understand what you’re taking and why, so that conversation with your doctor goes properly.
Do you work with people outside Lebanon?
Yes. Sessions are online, in Arabic, English or French, and billing is in USD wherever you are.
I’m not trying to get pregnant. Is this still for me?
Very much so. PMOS is a lifelong metabolic and cardiovascular story, not only a fertility one. Most of my work is about how you feel and function now, and about what your risk profile looks like in twenty years.
How soon will I notice anything?
Energy and cravings usually shift within a few weeks. Cycles take longer, often two to three months and sometimes more. Anyone promising you faster than that is selling something.

Start with a conversation

Tell me a little about what’s going on and what you’ve already tried. We start with a free 15-minute intro call, and go from there. I answer messages myself, usually within a day.
