Your symptoms aren’t separate. Your solution shouldn’t be either.
A whole-person approach to PCOS that connects the dots, looks beyond individual symptoms, and helps you understand what may be driving them.
From a molecular bioengineer who researched PCOS at Imperial College London, and lived it.
PCOS has a new name
A global consensus of 56 clinical and patient organisations renamed polycystic ovary syndrome to polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome, or PMOS. The old name pointed at ovarian cysts that a large share of people with the condition never had, and it hid what actually drives it: endocrine and metabolic dysfunction affecting the whole body.
That correction is the entire basis of how I coach. We work on the metabolism, not just the ovaries. That is why the plan you get from me looks nothing like “take this pill and lose some weight.”

You might recognise yourself here
- Cycles that arrive every 45 days, or every 21, or not at all.
- A diagnosis and a prescription, but no one ever explained the mechanism to you.
- Afternoon crashes, cravings you can’t reason your way out of, and a body that responds differently to the same food it used to.
- Acne, hair thinning, or hair growth that started in your twenties and never settled.
- Bloodwork you were handed but never had read to you, line by line.
- Being told to “just lose weight” by someone who never asked how you actually eat.
- Training hard and going nowhere, or watching your performance drop while everyone tells you to eat less.
None of this is you being dramatic or undisciplined. It is a metabolic and endocrine condition with a mechanism, and mechanisms can be worked with.

I was diagnosed with PCOS before I started university. I was handed birth control and metformin and no explanation of why. I felt worse, and the cravings never stopped.
So I learned the condition myself, fixed it in my own body, and then went and studied it properly at Imperial College London. That combination of science and lived experience is what you get when you work with me.
